Eeeek, I'm going to go out on a limb and say maybe like a bonsai, Acropora desalwii, or..? Not sure, but I'm hoping someone who knows acros will see the thread

actually I think you nailed it with Acropora desalwii looking at pictures it has the same growth patterns and similar colours.
