Acro in front of Powerhead

I have a 34 Solana and the placement of my recent acro is in direct line of the powerhead about 10" away. The powerhead is a MP10 in reef crest mode. When I moved it from the bottom of the tank up to its final position the feeders retracted some. I assume once it gets used to the greater flow it will be fine. Am I correct?

Here is the acro in question. Sorry for the bad photo I was using my i-phone.

Location of powerhead

I have done fish only tanks but new to corals and really have a hard time getting accurate names of the corals. My LFS, Mr. Coral, calls all their corals names completely different than other sites. What is the best way to know for sure what corals I have, is there a website that is good for identifiying?

Thanks

That looks like and Acropora millepora. They like a lot of flow so it should be fine where you have it. I have corals closer than that and they do fine.

As for Identification with SPS it could get tricky. Here is a website most of us use http://sdmas.com/corals/species.php you could also post pics on the SPS Identification forum and I'm sure you will get a good ID from the many knowledgeable hobbyist on here.
