I am lost on this one. I have 2 acropora's that have gone green and its as if teh polyps have bailed out and flesh has covered the corralites. All other SPS are fine.

Any ideas?

Hi, there is a few polyps at the bottom of the frag but zero above them. This is atleast 6 months old in my system

Is there good PE on other SPS in your system? Not all SPS have good PE; this might be one of them. As long as there are no pests etc, and your parameters are all inline, it could be flow related.

Yes all other SPS have very good polyp extension. I will leave them alone and let them do their thing. There is alot of random flow. You win some, you lose some :thumbdown

Ever check late at night after lights off for a few hours?

Yes this doesnt seem to change after lights out
