AcroPower by Two Little Fishies vs. Seachem Reef Plus "Concentrated Vitamin and Amino

I am wondering the Difference between two Products.

AcroPower by Two Little Fishies
Seachem Reef Plus "Concentrated Vitamin and Amino Acid Supplement"

Everyone all of a sudden seems to be Raving about how great Acro Power is.

They all say

Color is Better
Polyp Extension is Better
Growth is Increased

But is this only for someone that is not using Amino Acid Supplementation already?

I mean I currently have a Huge Bottle (Like Half Gallon Size) of the Seachem Reef Plus.

I Dose it Twice a Week and I feel that I do have better Color from it.

I have been using it for 4 Months with no Problems.

My question is should I throw it out and get AcoPower because everyone says it is the greatest thing since sliced bread?

Or are they the same thing?

Does anybody have any personal experience going from Seachem to AcroPower that can explain the Difference?

Also, one thing that I do not like about AcroPower is they do not List the Ingredients on the Bottle like Seachem does so who knows what I will be putting into my System?

I've been dosing Reef Plus for almost month. My zoanthid seems to be growing but they're fast grower in general. Also the new polyps seem to have more vibrant colors. I dose right before feeding since I notice the corals instinctively protract their feeding tentacles.

No experience with AcroPower but one of my club members been dosing it for a week. His corals, mainly SPS/LPS, had great positive effects. But it's too early to tell, his tank husbandry is great in general.

Im pretty sure theres small amounts of copper...at first i used some but now wouldnt use either your tank doesnt need it and if u use it to much it could b a problem imho maybe use 1 capful a month max lol

I have been dosing the AcroPower daily for the last 8 weeks on my 465 gallon tank, and I had good coloration prior to starting. I am not too good at looking at my tank after a week and stating "the color is better," etc. And personally, I don't consider increased polyp extension to mean the product is good, just that the corals might be eating it.

I bought three 500 ml. bottles, and I dose 13 ml/day via a dosing pump to my 465 gallon SPS tank. I should have enough to dose for just under 4 months, then what I plan to do is stop using it and see if I notice any fading in my coral color. To me, I think it may be easier to detect a decrease in color rather than an increase in color.

To the OP: one difference is the SeaChem product needs to be refrigerated after opening, which makes it hard to use it with a dosing pump, whereas the AcroPower does not need refrigeration, so you can keep it in a reservoir and just pull from that with a dosing pump.

I'm not one for dosing random products but I got acropower and gave it a shot. All my sps did have better polyp extension and color in the following weeks since iv been using it.

I've been dosing acropower for a month now. I am not big on adding "stuff", but I was at my wits end trying to get growth and coloration.

I've seen an improvement in coloration, growth, and minimal increase of polyp extension.

One frag I had has increased dramatically in all three categories.

I do note an increase in cyano the day after I dose, but I blow it off the couple rocks it shows up on and then do my weekly WC the next day. So it isn't a big issue for me.
