Acrylic 60 gallon cube build

I decided to change the reactor plumbing. I chose to run it from the gate valve that was open instead of adding a gate valve after the ball valve it was originally on. There's a few 90s in there but I have plenty of pump power and I'm not concern with loss.

Here's an over all picture of the plumbing change to the reactors and of the progress tonight... I finally finished up the mixing station and plumbed it over to the sump. Now the barrels need a good cleaning.

Had some vinyl cut and put it on the old eshopps sump. Everything has to match... OCD much?

Tomorrow I'll be drilling and installing the bulkheads.

A couple of pictures from today. Fuge light came in and I finished up the 2 inch plumbing in the back that connects the two sumps

How cool. Nice work Shad. Love the Apex Panel. What is that constructed of?
It's 3/4 birch plywood. I used 2x4 to stand it of the back wall and hinged one side with a stainless piano hinge. Everything was painted white and I used a cheap black floor runner from my local hardware store to face it. (I used this floor runner on the sump table and mixing station platform also) After that was dry I drilled it and used desk cable bulkheads.

Another set back. I ran a leak test on the manifold and sumps tonight. Every thing passed except the reeflo. I have a reeflo yellow tail gold that I just replaced the rear seal in. It had a slow drip and after replacing the seal the same drip is happening.
I sent reeflo an email asking how they wanted to handle the warranty at this point. Hopefully they say send it back and we will fix what ever is wrong and if we can't we will send out another.

I hope to hear from him soon... I'm so close to done!

Update: reeflo has a replacement pump on its way. I'm still running the other pump till it shows up and the tank is cycling. So far so good.
One issue I'm having is my gyre will randomly flash red on the controller and shut down... frustrating. I might have to buy another.

Here's a few pictures. I'm happy with the rock layout. Can't wait to start stocking it.
