Well that is a pretty good site but it doesnt really describe how to get the pieces straight and how to make a jig and all that technical stuff in order to make it all come together.

For jigs and how to make stuff straight grab some wood working manuals. Acrylic cuts and acts similar to wood.
Oh, I found that using 90 degree wood working angle clamps are VERY useful to aligning sheets, holding them in place and getting consistant 90 joints. You can get cheap ones from Meynards for just a few bucks.
