Does anyone know of any services that will remove scratches underwater in an active tank? I have many minor scratches, that while minor, still bother me. I was wondering if I could pay some company to come and remove them with some equipment or something!

Do it yourself. Here is a thread I posted detailing the entire step by step process with pictures and video. It's not difficult and if you have a good quality strong magnet scrubber, you can do it in an afternoon or over the course of a few days depending on how ambitious you are feeling.
