Background. I'm building 48X20X16 sump using Acylite FF 1/2in , and weldon 3.Running at 10in deep.
I am using the acrylite FF because I can get scraps at 1/4 the cost of cell cast [which they dont stock and need to be ordered] And the weldon 3
because they were out of W-4...
My saw blade is Frued 84t TCG and some edge prep is done after cutting.
Problem I have is when I fill the joint it looks good. Within 1/2 hr little bubbles are everywhere.----------Is this from using W-3 and not W4 ??
The extruded and not cast. What the heck am I not doing right.??
