Here is the skimmer i'll be building, spazz provided me with the design.. he's going tocut the acrylic for me and send it over then I'll finish building the rest (all clear cast acrylic). It's a dual needle wheel recirculating skimmer with 8"x20" reaction chamber and ocean runner 3700 pumps rather than sedra.

it will come like this with nothing glued...

I would shorten the riser tube inside the skimmer.

went and picked up the acrylic tubing yesterday. 4 ft @ 5 in od
4 ft @ 2 in od. and collection cup at 6 in @ 5 in od. plus some weld on 16 . I will post pics hopefully tonight.
