actinic 03 vs 7100k blue

I ordered replacement bulbs for my nano tank. When they came in I got a 10k and a 7100 blue. I ordered an actinic blue but I don't think this is a true actinic bulb. Much brighter and the corals don't flouresce as much. Anyone have any thoughts about how effective this bulb is?

Effective in what sense? If I understand correctly, actinics are primarily for looks, anyway.
