do zoas grow better under actinic light and i need to change my bulb which would be a good blulb to grow zoa under, dulal actinic, the Actinic 03 (420nm), or the 460nm Actinic?

do you only have one bulb? if so ,I would use a 50/50 but that's just my taste.
