Actinic Only Experiment

I thought I ran across an experiment someone had conducted a while back where he ran only actinic fixtures over his aquarium and to his suprise it was still fine. I can't remember if it was zoo only or had some coral in it but the author posted the results here. I tried the search, but can't narrow down well enough to find it. Anyone know remember the thread or experiment?
