Add anemone first or clowns first

I'm sure someone will have a strong opinion here, but I'd say it doesnt matter AS LONG as your tank is ready for the anemone.

Some clowns will host your other corals if there isn't an anemone, but I don't think I will accomplish getting the anemone first (waiting 6 months)
I say, do whatever you want to do, but you have to know if your clowns host another coral, that coral might be stressed out a lot. And if your clown hosts a feather duster, there goes the feathers :D
That's just some corals.. I've never kept clowns.. but this is just me telling you what I have read around.

I'd say your tank should be at least 6mo established for a nem, and having said that and seeing you're real new here, most likely clowns first.
Also, check anemone facts up above to try to match proper clowns w/ right nem.
Make sure you have good light as well.
In a 29g I'd personally get a frog spawn or hammer for your clowns.
Most nems get pretty big, and tough to keep from intakes.

I think you should add the anemone first as soon as the tank is ready to sustain one. Clowns can be rather rough on newly introduced anemones. Adding the anem. first will give it a chance to get acclimated to the tank and get established.
