jnarowe: I hear ya... Been thinking so much about the set up that the reality of stocking is just now hitting. Torn between a medium school and a few show stoppers or all out beauties... Not sure.
JW Jersey: Thanks, me too. Should have rock and my whole 4 fish in it this weekend
Today I managed to play more than work and snuck a little nap in. This afternoon I got a few more items wired, built the feeding door, installed the fans, played with the AC Jr. and fixed the leaky drain in the crawl space. Oh and I watched the water from the RO/DI fill the tank! It's about 11 inches deep right now! Going a tad faster than I thought it would.
Here's a few boring pics.
First up is the left side of the cabinet access. This is the only cabinet area in the lower portion connected to the rest of the tank. All the ballasts and heat producing items are in here in order to vent with the fans. I still have to mop up the wiring, but everything seems to be working at the moment.
And here is the intake fan for the canopy area. Not much to look at, but what the hey I figured it was worth a picture. Below this fan is an 8"X8" feeding door. This way I can feed the tank without opening one of the large access holes in the front. You can just make out the top of the access port above the lights. When this thing is done I plan on doing a full photo-walkthrough.
So in the AM, I am planning on finishing the top off system, cleaning the wetroom, remembering to glue one of the OM legs I had to move, finishing up some painting/caulking and hopefully doing some insulating under the house
