adding a mystery wrasse?

I have a tank dominated mostly with tangs..and a rather fat, large, and mean six line wrasse. I have my eye on a mystery wrasse at the LFS. My concern is the six line. It has killed some smaller additions in the past. The mystery wrasse is slightly bigger than the six line. Am I safe? I would hate to waste the money, but even worse put a fish into a death match. Any thoughts?

I had a 6 line take down some clowns twice its size, i wouldn't underestimate a 6 line. Mystery wrasses are pretty peaceful too so i don't see it turning out well for the new fish you want, sorry

Mystery wrasses come from the same family as sixlines, and don't mix well. I would skip the mystery as long as your sixline is in this tank. Even if the new guy is bigger, the sixline is established in his territory and I don't see it ending well either.
