Adding a second Possum Wrasse?

In a largish tank, I have kept a possum wrasse for a number of years with only positive experiences. Aquascaping is minimalistic but there are caves and overhangs; the existing possum wrasse, while cryptic seems to thrive. Does anyone have experience adding a second similar possum wrasse? Will they tolerate each other?

:hmm6:

I added a second to my 240 aprox. 3-4 months after the first one, had no problem whatsoever, the first few days they were in different parts of the tank, but then got together and wander the tank (or rather the caves) together all the time.
great fish!!!

Maybe that way you can get to see one of the possums 2 hrs a week instead of your 1 possum. one hour a week. LOL

I know. I see mine maybe 1 minute a day, and that is if I look for him. It's fun to watch them though. They act as if they don't have a care in the world and no one bothers them.
Great little fish.

Could it be you got lucky and have a m/f pair?

Well, I like them all. I see mine infrequently but it is always an interest. I was hoping to get another, different species, but do not want to cause problems for my existing one.
