adding LEDs to multicontroller

I think Tunze makes great products first of all - I really like the lunar cycle feature on the multicontroller, however I find that having only one LED is almost pointless.

I would really like to add and additional one or two LEDS over my 220G - the question is can this be done or is Tunze planning on coming out with a retro fit feature that would do this?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Nick

If you set it up right the one LED is perfect on a tank that size, you need to place it on the end, centered with a very slight downward angle. Their is no way to add another LED.

Is there any way to adjust the sensitivity of the photocell for the LED? My moonlight stays on all the way to noon time when my lights come on, even though it is very light in the room. In fact itââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s right next to a window.

Thanks

I believe the sensor is on one side - you need to face it so it caputres the light you want - when placing mine, I just hold it in the comtemplated area and move it around watching it go on and off and then secure it with a couple of places using velcro - it just requies this placement tweak - are you not using the tanks lights to determine its on/off? I velcroed mine to the light fixture

The sensor side is up but seems to need fairly bright light befor it shuts off. Once my lights turn on at noon it shuts off fine untill the lights go out. It's the morning when it's just daylight that it donen't seem to work right.
