adjusting driver 7240.26

There has been some discussion lately about about using the set screw on the driver box to adjust the flow on the Streams.My manual says it must be set at 100%.
Is there any circumstance where the adjustment screw could be used at less than 100% ?

Great slide show once I adjusted the delay time.I'm sure the employees leave work each day with a real sense of satisfaction.

The driver screw must be at 100% if you use a controller otherwise the powerr to the controller is limited and it malfunctions. With no controller you can adjust the driver screw.
