adjustment screw in 6105 pump !

Adjustment screw in 6105 for what exactly ? and how can i set it ?

Sets max flow of the pump. If using a controller just set it to 100% flow. Believe from memory clockwise should increase flow

As Shawn said, it should be at 100% with a controller, it is only for adjusting the flow if you don't have a controller.

I wont to use 6105 and 6055 with controller for my 570 liters sps tank , did you think that will give me good flow ?

It could be for soft corals and LPS but is not likely enough for SPS>
