Advice on lighting please

I have a new 30g. AIO tank and am in the process of converting it to accomodate a beautiful nem (which I haven't purchased yet).

Right now I have (6) x 24w t5s although 2 of the lights aren't working. So, I want to buy a new fixture.

What would be best for the nem:

a. 150w. + t5 supplementation
b. 250w. + t5 supplementation

I would like to buy a tricolor bubble tip--zoanuts sometimes has some really beautiful ones. I thought maybe I would do one of those and a bright green bta w/a pair of clowns.

Bta's are not that light needy, so for that you could easily do 150w +T5, or even just T5 for that matter.
On deeper tanks or heavy sps 250w could be needed, but FWIW I run a mixed reef w/ LTA and sebae, softies and sps using 3x150wMH and T5's on my 180g and it's just fine, good growth/color.
