Advice on tank flow

I have been looking at the Sea Swirl Wavemaker. i have a 42 gallon tank extra tall. They offer a 550 GPH, 850 GPH and a 1150 PH unit. Which would be appropriate for my tank.

Is anyone else using one of these? If so, are you happy with it? They are not cheap so I thought I would get some feedback first.

Are there any other alternatives?
