I have a 75 gallon tank, currently I have a tunze 6025 & 6045. I need more flow and was about ready to order a 6055 to put in when I was listening to reefcast today and marc revisted the vortech. So now I just need some advice, Should I just get the Vortech and take out the tunzes? Just looking for any suggestions. thanks.

vortech will gives you more flow than 6025/6045 combined, get two vortech pumps and you can create some massive wave in your tank.

Hi MacJoe,

The VorTech would easily provide complete tank flow for your 75gal tank. You could also potentially create a small wave with just one pump. We use one pump in our 3' long 70gal at the office and it is perfect.
