I am torn between two setups:

2 T5 24 Watt Bulbs

or

Compact 2X 65 watt


My tank is a 20Gal, 16 Deep, 24 long, 12 wide. Im looking at doing anemones and soft corals.

The T5s are brighter, run cooler, and use less power.

What's the debate?

T-5 is the way to go if that is your only two options.
If you stick around long enough I'm sure somebody will give you bad advice so that you will feel justified in making the wrong decision.
