AEFW Advice/Suggestions

Both CoralRx and Revive will effectively kill AEFW (but not the eggs, they need to be scraped off). From my experience using Revive it took about 2-3minutes of the coral in the dip before the worms came off the coral. Sometimes shaking the coral in the dip will help get them off as well.

I actually made a youtube video that may help someone in treating them, the second frag I dip you actually get to see some come off the coral (around the 10 minute mark):

I agree with James, both ReVive & CoralRx work, But I find ReVive is generally less costly and works as good or better IME. I actually like TMPCC (Tropic Marin Pro Coral Cure) the best, but it's a little harsh for a 15 minute dip on many corals. You want to pay real close attention to the very smooth skinned corals in any dip, such as Hawkins Enchinada or a granulosa. I find these can really hate a long dip.

AEWFS require at least 3 minutes in the dip. I've seen them stay hidden well over 5 min before they even start wiggling and then they may take several more minutes to fall off. I observe each piece and try to keep them in for 10-15 minutes unless the piece starts to really show signs of stress.

As for the eggs, 21 days is what I have heard. So you want to contunue your isolation and dipping at least 4 weeks.
