After 6 months, I saw my Mandarin yesterday!

He is about 3 times as large as I put him in. Thought he was dead, but saw him for about a minute last night at feeding. Very cool!!

Sounds like my tigertail cuke. Saw him this weekend for the first time in three months. I got it about 5 years ago. Since that time it has survived multible moves, physical damage, it split, and then... disspeared!

It gives you a warm and fuzzy to see something... not dead!

When moving everything in my 30 gal to a new 56 last week I found a star fish I thought died a year and a half ago!.

Was it a female Mandarin? My female disapeared about 2 months ago.. She was doing fine and swimming around the tank with the male, then it was just gone.. I just asumed it died.
