Try getting the silicates out of the water that always helped me but you have to get phosphates out first.

After two years of it in my old tank I finally said fu** it what do I have to lose I tried everything even went barebottom. I almost broke down my 360g tank. So I did a blackout for 10 days with towels all around the tank not just black trash bags I wanted no light at all. Everything survived all corals turned white but 3 months later all colors came back tank looked better then ever.

I dosed hydrogen peroxide in my 120 a few years back which nipped it. Always had some Cyanobacteria afterwards but my sticks grew like crazy.

ugly tank phase.

I did heavy on GFO. Also make sure your input water is pure. Like someone said, silicates. Lastly check on water flow. SPS need a ton
