Gosh....what a beauty - how large do they get???

That last one I had for around 3 years and it got to be about 6". Not sure how big they get but here is the scientific name if you would like to research:

Halichoeres rubricephalus

What a nice pair Erik? Did you get those from the people that got you your latz?

Haha I tried but they are not very willing to put effort into sourcing fish that don't appear on their normal list. I found another rare fish hookup now :)

Hello agent.

Could you please tell me the name of this acro?

Shoot! I can't remember. Lost it a while back. I saw one recently come available again from Live Aquaria. They are coming in from Fiji.

omg did u get those from fish collection in YL? they got a pair in on monday and it was already bought out of the baggg. :( i wanted them so bad

Here are some photos of the one I had before. Sadly when I moved tanks it somehow lodged itself under a piece of live rock and died. Needless to say I have been on a nonstop hunt ever since.

I have also been on the hunt for another Tamarin ever since my last one jumped onto the euro bracing of my last tank and died. It died only inches from the water :mad2: About 6 showed up at LiveAquaria a few months back but they wanted $699 each which is complete madness. I paid like $225 for mine from a local LFS a few years back.

I caught the purple tang with in 10 minutes. Dude, you need to make more traps. We need a road trip either this month or next down south.

Perfect! I think I am done with trap manufacturing! Last time I made them, a piece of acrylic got caught in the table saw and launched into the mirror of the M3. Those mirrors are not cheap. Neither is spleen surgery!!

Wow, that must have got your heart racing!

That unknown acro looks like it must be in the A. millepora family, but has a A. humilis feel to it.

What!!! 10 minutes!!

I have been trying to catch one fish for weeks with no luck. When you come and return my trap. Could you catch my wrasse as well?
