John is happily out of the hobby. He was thinking of setting up a new operation with Theo, but decided not to get back in when he came to his senses :p

Last I heard John's new vice is road bikes. Reefers are becoming a rare breed!

Looking forward to that juv. richmond.

Tubs is smart guy. If it wasn't for this hobby, I'd take a nice cervelo P3 TT bike :)

Here is a pic of the wrasse. Just arrived today and looks much more stunning in person. In fuge for a week or two to see how it eats.

As for the M, I have not really done anything to it for a few years. Most of the time it just sits covered in the garage. As luck would have it, I recently took it out for the weekend and had a major blowout on the highway. Fortunately no damage to the wheels. Somehow the alignment went way off and the the fronts were towed out. Completely destroyed the inner sidewall. $700 I would have rather spent on the tank!

wow that was a close call. are you on any bmw forums? i go on the g37 forums and occasionally look at the m forums just because i love them so much

For those interested, another juv Richmond just went up on LA. Better snatch it up quick! This photo is more representative of the one I received.

Not that I'm prepared to get any fish yet. But I checked for a looksee and apparently it's been sold as I couldn't find it on LA. Can you give a ballpark on what you paid for yours.

Beautiful fish, BTW.

Surprising for LA it was not much. Around $60.

I have heard about them from Manhattan Reef member and they are supposely the best out there in NY area. Although lately Unique Coral looks nice also.
You know what type of people live in Greenwich, CT right? So that explain the LFS look over there too.
I have tried to go on every trip to NYC, but always find no time to run for LFS tour. :(
Maybe next time.

Anyone ever been to Greenwich Aquaria?? Jaw just about dropped to the floor when I saw. Owner must be either rich, own a const company, or just have really low rent/overhead.

The owner, Jason Edward, is a really nice guy on top of it all. That is one LFS I want to visit.

I thought of Greenwiich the first time I walked in to see Derek at OT in SF.
