Aggresive rabbitfish?

I have a gold spotted rabbitfish and he recently started chasing all the other fish around and "flickering" his fins. Anyone know what this is? Do I have to get rid of him?

The fin flicking seems to be a threat display in this genus as all of the rabbitfish I have kept do this when they feel threatened. What are the tankmates and how big is the system? I have kept several species of rabbitfish and I have never had an aggressive one.

I have a one spot rabbit that will "flick" when threatened
but he will also do that to me when he just wants some nori.

I too, have never had an aggressive one.
