Ahhh! tank going downhill fast!

I don't know what to do. I came home today to mostly bleached Monti's, and all mushrooms, anthelia, etc very shriveled.

I did a water change last night, and when I went get the water out of my mixing container, I noticed the pump wasn't running. Well, I did the water change, and then I noticed a funny smell from the water, like burnt rubber, looked at the pump and the one of the cords was split, and totally coroded away. Didn't really think much of it, until today and I saw everything. I think the wires were copper, so I'm thinking I just poisoned my whole tank! It was only a 5 gallon change on a 100gal total system.

I have no idea what to do now, I just made a 10 gallon water change, but I think I need to do more, but I have to run back and forth to someplace to get water.

If it is copper, is there anything I can even do?
Can anyone help!

Chris

I'd get some polyfilters and carbon or other chemical absorbing medias in there and do more water changes if possible.

I have carbon running, and just added a polyfilter.
I also wonder if it could be oil from the pump (it is an older Rio from my old bak pak 2 skimmer)

OMG, it's that RIO pump again!

Don't forget to change a new carbon to get rid of as much toxin as possible.

Yes, I did put fresh carbon in.
I just checked the Rio pump, no signs of it opening and leaking at all. I'm thinking it's most likely copper from the exposed wire that corroded (it wasn't exposed that I knew of before, it must have had a small opening and the electrical charge just sped it up.)
Can such a small amount of copper do so much? It's weird though, my candy canes seem to be looking ok, about half of my zoa's are shriveled, and the others are ok, most mushrooms are shriveled, and all anthelia is just sick looking.
All fish appear ok, cleaner shrimp is quite sluggish, and not moving much. My bubble coral was totally shriveled, now it has expanded a bit, yet not anywhere near what it should be.

Also, my skimmer is not doing anything, no foam what-so-ever. It's getting air, and is making some bubbles, but not like it normally does.
