If I cut the light off at 9pm will it.come on as scheduled the following day based on my timer? Or do I need to cut it on or what? Thanks for the help

Not sure I never tested with the controller still on I would imagine it may take over. Give it a shot and let us know.

No. The manual override is just that. If you turn it off with the button, the light is off till you push it again or press resume on the controller.

The controller does stay linked and keep all the programs.

Hey Guys. Im from south africa and limited info this side. If I get 2 hydra 52 do I just need the director or does one need the remote aswell? Also will 2 cover a 5ft tank. Its a shallow reef. Thanks in advance

Director is all you need. The 52 will cover a 3 foot by 3 foot area so you're good

Anyone running these around 75%? My tank is used to LEDs as I was running radion on 65%... 75 just looks right to me and everything looks fine... just seems most are running 50% or less

30 shallow, no SPS mostly macros and a few LPS.. couple RFAs and a RBTA... 12-14" awl

Depends on how they react. Most people with no SPS don't get good results that high on whites. I have softies and LPS in a 40 breeder. Nothing is higher than 45, whites 20 and UV 15. If your whites are 50 you may have issues, just keep an eye out.

Look back through the thread. Lots of info and settings.

Great looking tank by the way!

By issues do you mean bleaching? The whites are at 65 and the blues at 75.. with red green around 40... I might take them down a little

Yes bleaching, some have had bleaching with whites over 40, I can't go over 35 on whites at my current height from water.

Would this be after acclimation period or as the max setting? As I said my corals etc are used to LEDS at a fairly high level.. but I don't want to bleach em out...

Hello
the configuration is emulating the sunrise and sunset, i will fix time
any comment

I'm getting ready to start a 90 gallon build and I don't know if I should get the 26's or the 52's I have a 52 over a 30 and love it. It's there a big difference between the 26's and the 52's?
