I just made it threw this thread reading every single post.:dance:

Setting up my Hydra tonight over my simple and empty 33gal. I went with the controller, but am starting to think I should have went with the director.

Welcome! An honor to have your first post on this thread, controller is a little more straight forward and easier but not as many bells and whistles but will still get the job done.

Mine is at 2.0.11-r0. That's after the second update.

I got the same version update over last weekend as well. No improvement to the connectivity between the Director and light unit thou.

Any one here use awm or would say director is better I'm considering changing to the I was expecting a bit more with fusion out that it would be even more like the director.

I have my lights set pretty low some zoa stretching up but my ORA joe the coral looks like it could have bleached started with

Blues 50% white 15-20% uv and other 10% green is 30% peak for 3hrs.

2.0.13.... And now i just realized..... I lost all my settings!!! Damnit!

I would make sure the ora Joe is not directly under the lights, even if it's on the sand bed in a corner. Once it colors up, start bringing it in.

Joe is encrusted on the rock on a big rock that I can't take off.

Since updating to 2.0.13 if I change any settings under 'Effects' my lights change to "no preset". Anyone else experiencing this?

Make sure your zip code is correct in regional settings

Yea same issues for the 3rd update can't save settings without losing settings

I'm trying to replicate, so with weather enabled, you click save and then go to control and it says no presets?

Just subscribed to thread....looking into either the Hydras or the Kessils with my 90g. Any comparison between the two would be appreciated.

Not with weather enabled. Using a custom lighting schedule "preset". If you make a change under Effects, say Cloud percentage, your custom preset settings under Control revert to No Preset.

Ah I see, yea Turned off my weather and lights went dark. It used to save those settings..lame.
