Hello TBRC!

Im just outside Tampa Bay, up in Webster. I started out in nano reef tanks about 3 years ago, with the help of a friend while working at a LPS together. Leesburg Pet Center to be exact.

Started out with a 6.6 gallon Fluval Chi and an Aquaclear 50 with purigen/chemipure. True Lumens 24v LED strips.

Had that up for a few years then had a custom 10 gallon Starfire tank made about 4 months ago and transferred everything over.

After that I decided to turn the Chi into an AIO.

So here we are. I'd like to put some VERY brightly colored corals in this tank, as I chose the black sand to draw attention to the rock.

I was thinking some Akros, Montiporas and some tentacled corals to display the flow in the tank. Was also thinking a blue spot jawfish and a few inverts.

I would also like to support the local reefing community by purchasing these corals from you guys, so let me know your opinions and show me some pics if you got em!

TIA
Will

Good looking scape. Once it's established, I'd load with some rock flowers.

Be careful in a small set up with long tentacles. If they get happy they will stretch across the tank and really sting everything in its path.

+1 a single head of frogspawn, hammer or torch when happy can and will release some really long sweeper tentacles. I had a yellow hammer that had sweepers that were almost 4" long

If you want to add a variety of color maybe look into zoas, TONS of different colors/morphs to pick from and most are relatively cheap. Im making my 12g long a zoa tank. Just a suggestion. Red/green montipora digita is a fairly easy, hardy and good growing sps if you want to dabble into that relm of corals, also faily cheap to obtain
