My CL consist of a Reeflo Dart feeding an OM 4 way. I set the tank up a year ago and had bought the Dart used. When I got everything plumbed and filled the tank I had tons of micro bubbles come from the CL. I pulled the Dart out and had a local motor shop rebuild it. They replaced all the seals and sealed off the drain plug which had been stripped. It has worked perfectly until last week. I am now getting a small amount of bubbles from the CL and they only appear as the OM 4 Way is changing outputs and go awau once the transfer has been made. I know most of the time there are bubbles they are coming from an air leak on the suction side of the pump but does the fact that the bubbles come and go as the 4 way switches outputs mean anything to anyone? I am wanting to get an idea of where the leak is coming from. This pump is a nightmare to pull out.
