Albino fish?

I don't think it's albino probably the coloration. I'm no expert though!

what made me think it is albino is that lack of black pigments on body and red eyes. this is how a normal sailfin blenny looks like

That's a different species, check the scientific name. This one comes in black or yellow, and note the black pupils. This fish is still producing melanin.
