Alga ID and help!

Hi
Can someone ID this bright green slime alge,mostly on LR.Looks more dusty when I blow off the rock.It looks like cyano but it doesn't go away when lights go off.

Cyno is a bacteria. I do not think that it is photosynthic at all. It is composed of numerous subspecies of bacteria, thus it can show different colors depending on dominant species.

Cyano is photosintetic as I know,maybe is called bacteria but also behave like algae.
Anyway you think it is kind of cyano,thank you for your answer.

As a rule, cyno is somewhat slippery. Also, when first getting started, it blows apart easily when disturbed.
