Algae on zoo rock

I have a problem with hair algae growing between my zoos. It is the only place that it is growing in my tank. I have plucked the algae out with tweezers twice now and was just woundering if I could put the rock upside down for afew days to kill the rest of the algae. Any suggestions would help, because this is the slowest growing zoo rock I have yet the favorite.

If you leave it upside down long enough to kill the hair algae the zoas will be long dead.

I have a huge colony of supermans with that same problem. if anyone can help that would be great!
I did a dip in Luglol's and it helped a bit???????
Any other advice?

If they can be removed from the tank,a cleaning with a toothbrush is some old tank water will take a lot of it out. Afterward place them in some heavy flow and the hair might clear up. If you have very much of it then you probably have some other issues you need to work through before you will rid yourself of it,phosphates are a good place to look first.
