Algae problem

Need your help. I'm on week 8 now and can't get rid of this green algae. I just tried chemiclean with no change. The picture below is from today after 20% water change.

I am running a skimmer, 2x mp40s, 2x Kessil a360's, passive carbon, and dosing Kalk, ZeoBak, ZeoStart, and Sponge Power.

Water parameters:
PH: 8.01
Nitrate: 3
Phosphate:0.11
Alkalinity: 8.9
Calcium: 480
Magnesium: 1470
Salinity: 35.1
Temp: 80.5

That green that your seeing is just a prelude to the purple Coralline algae that shows up in our tanks. This is actually a good sign.

This looks like the type of algae I had when I first started my tank too. I just kept my tank parameters stable and it all turned to purple coraline.
