algae problem

hello i went away for the summer and when i got back my tank was covered in brown red and green algae i was going to order a reef cleaning package from etropicals what do you suggest i get in it. (note i plan to build my own)

are you toping off with ro/di?

or...your reef sitter may have overfed your tank with excess nutrients

If you don't already have, definitely, get a bunch of reef cleanup crews. But concentrate on extra water changes and stepped up protein skimming.

i have been doing that but what do you suguest i put in the clean up crew?

i think an asortment of aster,troucus and small hermits.if you have sand then some sand snails,i think they are cerite or nassurus.dont skimp on the number they work better in packs
