Algae?

I havent had a tank for awhile and decided to start up a new nano tank out of a minibow 5 and a mini coralife bulb. After about 2 weeks these brownish polyps started popping up everywhere. Im pretty sure its algae but was wondering if anyone knew what kind and how to get rid of it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Pull them out, I have seen them take over a tank. You can use tweezers.

And I agree to yank them if you don't want them everywhere.
