Alk Pump stuck over night..

Hello everyone.

as stated I left my alk dosing pump running over night accidentally and woke up to a nice cloudy tank.

last time I tested my alk was at 9dkh~
tested this morning and is high 12 maybe 13dkh

Ph didnt move much, 8.3~ I usually have 8.3 with the lights on.

How concerned should I be? water change? or will it just precipitate out?

forgot to mention this is a 40g sps dominated tank. Corals are not really showing any stress but I just turned the pump off moments ago.

I would just shut off the pump for now and wait it out.

I expect things will be OK if those numbers are correct.
