all my bristle worms are going crazy

somthing strange is happening with all the bristle worms in my tank.
they are all coming out of the rocks and appear to be blown up and then they are going mad like thay are in pain and expelling white cloudy stuff what ever is going on?

i havent changed anything for weeks its really freaking me out lol

i will try and get a vid clip but my halides turned off 5 minutes after i noticed them so as soon as the lights cool down i will switch them back on and try and get a vid

got my lights back on and they have all disappeared again which is a shame as i wouldnt of minded a vid clip

i think they are all trying to populate as one of my cleaner shrimp has also just released its young and ive just found another polychaete swarmer swimming around.
the frightening thing is my better half is pregnant and ready to drop so i am now waiting for her to follow suit lol
