Nevere been to a swap. Just started my first tank.
I don't have anything to swap unless someone wants some inedible hair algae. Is this open to everyone, even Steeler fans from Erie?

Carol-

Do you still have some of the pink/blue zoos that you brought to the swap in Columbus? Remember, I could not find you there? If so, I would love to buy a frag from you.

Jen

rm--yes, the swap is open to everyone. You don't have to have frags to trade. Most of us will trade for little pieces of green paper too!

jenghes--I probably have some of those zoos. The tank they were in crashed a month ago while I was out of town and I lost nearly everything. The zoos and a few montiporas survived and are spread out among other tanks. I'll look around for them and see if they are fraggable for next month.

Hi rm,

Steeler fans have to pay $5 extra at the door! Just kidding, everyone is welcome even if you are a Steeler fan.

Dave

Thanks Caryliss, Burgman,

I'll be there.
What kind of prices does one pay for a frag (somehow I think I just let everyone know they can charge whatever they want because I will not know the difference)?

Do you think I could pass a large green carpet anemone off as a frag. Paid $100 for him would love to trade him off for something less likely to kill

You'll find prices at these swaps from a few dollars up to 'quite a few' dollars! Nobody will charge you more just because you're new (now... if you wear a Steelers shirt things could be different!).

If I were you (which I'm glad I'm not cuz I'm not a Steelers fan) I'd list the green carpet at www.fragswappers.com and see if anyone is interested before I'd pack it along. You can sign up there for free and see some of the stuff other people will have at the swap and reserve things you'd like to buy.

I guess Hudson is closer to Pittsburgh than I thought...........hmmmm.
Steelers fans everywhere now days. Will orange and brown get me a discount at the swap?

it would be nice to see greg there. noticed he came to the christmas party. its a shame when are local shops don't make an appearence. seems we always hear we need to support them, but would be nice if they suppoted us by coming to major events. looking forward to seeing all are local shops there.
