Mine is coming from Reef concepts and is suppossed to ship this week. I sent them an email requesting the cable but if for some reason they can't or won't send it with my controller, will I still be able to take advantage of this great offer?

Ah! this is the difficulting on jumping on a new offer with a previous purchase, dealers would not have been supplied the cable on previous orders. This is why I said above this applies to NEW orders.

In general RG should be supplying these but I know they have back order issues.

All I can say and this is a one off before i get flooded with requests (seriosuly please no) I will see what i have available and talk to Reef Concept today.

OOPS typo -

Dosers 2's Hmmm 4 years and sold 2, we simply do not import them due to zero demand, what we do however is downgrade doser 3's IF someone orders a 2, so you will get a doser 3 but with 2 pumps and the blank in place.

I would go for the Doser 3 to be honest you will end up getting the extra pump in a month anyway when you realise how amazing these units are.

I emailed you back or whom ever GHL direct is and they have not gotten back to me about changing my order from a 2 to a 3 or even if they are going to downgrade a 3 to a 2. Im getting frustrated that it takes this long to respond to an email.

made payment by Creditcard for P3 pack and dosing pumps. got charged $27.19 for the transaction. is everyone charged service fee purchasing units from US using Visa card?

something we have no control over thats your card company, I would suggest talking to your bank as I have never heard of anything like that before.

I have never seen fees like these applied to a credit card either, it is most likely a "service fee" applied by the financial institution the card was issued from. Different providers often will set their own fees for different transaction types. I would suggest giving them a call and finding out what the specifics are...

I just called them they said it' s "Foreign Transaction Fee" because it's been charged out side of the US, Visa and Mastercard charge 2-3 percent in transaction fees on the spend.
