Almost 90% sure I am getting a 300 gallon tank

Its roughly 300 gallons with roughly 60x34x29

It is beautiful.

I want to get some advice on what equipment i should use.


Everything from the heater to the reactors

I will be hanging my 48 inch outer orbit fixture over top the water, its two 250 watt halides. Due to the design, the tank minus overflow is only about 48 inches.

It should be fine. I have a 55 gallon tank I will most likely modify to become a sump and house my skimmer etc.

I have a Berlin X2 Turbo Skimmer. I do not recall what it is rated for But I think its not enough.

I'd like to deploy a skimmer rated for atlease 450, if not 600.

Suggestions?

Depends on the brand of skimmers most are over rated so you need to up size but the top brands are quite close, of course depending on stocking.

Need more info to give more suggestions.
