I have a 4x2x2 (single corner overflow) with a new 4" DSB and dual 6000s with 7095 controller. As per the manual and suggestions posted here, I placed the 6000s in the back corners with the output converging in the front center of the tank. Even on minimal 30% flow I excavated the front center of my DSB. After a little experimenting, I now have the streams located in the front corners point back towards the center of the rock stack. I'm able to pulse up to at least 80% without disturbing the DSB. I'm also able to locate my soft corals out of the direct flow and my thought would be to locate SPSs (when I eventually add some) more in the direct "line of fire" of the 6000s. As long as I can live with the 6000s being prety visible in the tank, is this an okay solution for my present and future reef inhabitants? TIA!
