Am I looking at copepods?

My entire front & side glass is covered by tiny 'bugs'.

Last night I added 12lbs of Walt Smiths Figi Mud to my refugium. The tank is clearing up nicely today and I think I'm looking at a massive amount of copepods on my glass...but I'm not sure. It looks like tiny bugs all over the glass of my tank. My algae blenny is going crazy...he is making swirly marks all over the glass. I'm trying to figure out if they are copepods that I'm looking at...if they're not what are they?

I'm will try to find more information in books but I would like your thoughts on it.

If they are crawling around on the glass, then I would think they are Amphipods. Usually if you see a whole bunch of flea sized guys buzzing around each other in a low flow area, those are typically copepods
