Amazing, old school service.

I placed an order yesterday for a 6x54 watt ati sunpower fixture and 9 bulbs yesterday from premium. I get a notice saying my bulbs shipped, but nothing about the fixture. I emailed The sales address to see what was going on and was reassured that the fixture was going to be on it's way and that it shipped direct from ca and that I would receive it before the bulbs.

About an hour later I get another email from Jason saying that he regretted to tell me that the fixture was out of stock. But then, get this....

He offers me a dimmable model at no extra charge instead. Jason's words were "I hate disappointing a customer and would rather make them happy and take a loss".

Honestly I would have probably asked for a refund and bought the fixture elsewhere, but instead I get blown away by this offer. Unreal. I've never heard of anything like this happening anymore and I just want people to know what kind of people you're dealing with when you shop here.

Jason, and everyone else at PA - you've gained a customer for life and I'm extremely grateful for the generosity you showed me, some joe blow customer that y'all don't know from Adam.

That's why I love working for Jason. He's like that in everyday life, too. I moderate over 50 forums that he sponsors, so I get to hear stories like this all the time. It's great to work for a company whose reputation makes me proud so often!

I'm sure that makes your job a lot easier as well.

Btw - received the light and bulbs and I love it. Thanks again and through your company's actions, you've become my first choice for any reef related items.
