The 1st week of Jan I revieved my American Marine Pinpoint Calcium Monitor (purchase date 12/28). I've used the meter 2-3 times since then; I test about every 2-3 weeks. Today I went to use the meter and it will not calibrate; I tried new, unopened solutions and it still will not calibrate (flashes and report 'err'). I guess the unit has failed???? I've been sure to rince (with RO) after each use and I checked the battery, no difference, still errors.
If I could return it for credit I would; after reading the reviews it appear that nobody has been happy (OK, 2 people out of 56 reviews); I guess I should have read the reviews;(
