Ammonia filter media

Hello anybody knows of exist an filter media for keep low levels of ammonia and nitrite???

I'm not sure what kind of product you're trying to locate. There are lots of biological filter media. You can use products like Prime or Amquel in emergency situations. What kind of situation are you trying to handle?

I have several fish in QT no medications..

I'd use Amquel and water changes for the time being. A sponge filter or any sort of power filter should be okay, although they take some time to get going.

I don't think there really are very effective "filter media" for ammonia. Clinoptilolite (a zeolite) is about the best, and its not very good.

If you have some extra live rock or sand or filter pads /sponges in your main tank using them in/on the qt tank could introduce some ammoina oxidizing bacterial colonies.
